§  Billable Rate on a per-hour basis

o   A value-rate based on industry prices.  You get a team of resources available for your needs. 

§  Comprehensive Project Bid

o   With a complete scope analysis we can offer you a complete project implementation for one price, regardless of hours worked.

§  Bulk-rate billable rate, based on retainer contract for continued technical services

o   As a retainer based customer, you would receive a predetermined number of hours each month to be used however desired (technical, development, or application support)

o    You would also have access to our catalog of Product Enhancement Packs

o   You would benefit from a “bulk-rate” billable rate for work that exceeds the predetermined monthly amount. 

o   E.g. retainer hours for monthly administration needs (password resets, user creation), security changes, package builds.  “Bulk-rate” billable rate for occasional project needs like tools release upgrades, process implementation, etc.
